Product — Core
The shared platform. Fastest to launch, lowest cost.
Core runs your consumer portal, self-pay sites, and phone payments on EveryBill's shared multi-tenant AWS infrastructure. For most firms, this is the right starting point.
Starts at $99/mo
Core is priced and built to get a branded payment portal live quickly, without a procurement cycle.
Core is the same EveryBill platform used across every deployment — the consumer portal, self-pay websites, phone payments, and integrations — running on shared, multi-tenant AWS infrastructure that EveryBill owns and operates end to end. You get a branded experience for your customers without owning or managing any infrastructure yourself.
This is the right choice for most firms. It is the fastest path to a live portal and the lowest total cost, and it is what most EveryBill customers run today.

What Core does not give you
Core is honest about the tradeoff: shared infrastructure means shared operational boundaries. Be clear on what you are not getting before you buy.
On Core, your data and workloads run alongside other EveryBill customers in infrastructure that EveryBill owns and administers. You do not get a dedicated AWS account. You do not get direct access to the account’s CloudTrail, Config, Security Hub, or GuardDuty findings — that visibility exists, but it belongs to EveryBill, not to you.
For most firms, that tradeoff is fine: it is what makes Core fast to launch and inexpensive to run. If your compliance or IT reviewer needs to independently verify isolation from other tenants, or needs to read the audit trail directly rather than request it from EveryBill, that is what EveryBill Silo is for.
Not sure which deployment fits?
Core, Silo, and Sovereign run the identical platform. The difference is who holds the AWS account and the encryption keys.
