Last modified June 4, 2026

Live Management, LLC d/b/a EveryBill("EveryBill") knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy practices. By visiting EveryBill, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Gather.

1.1 Information You Give Us.

We receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information you provide to respond to your requests, customize your future experience, improve our services, and communicate with you.

1.2 Automatic Information.

We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many websites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses EveryBill or content served by or on behalf of EveryBill on other websites.

1.3 Mobile.

When you download or use apps created by EveryBill or our subsidiaries, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. We may use this information to provide location-based services. Most mobile devices allow you to turn off location services.

1.4 E-mail Communications.

We often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from EveryBill if your computer supports such capabilities. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please contact us at communication-preferences@everybill.com.

1.5 Information from Other Sources.

We might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information, such as updated address information and, where applicable, credit history information used to help prevent and detect fraud.

2. Cookies.

Cookies are unique identifiers that we transfer to your device to enable our systems to recognize your device and to provide features such as personalized support. The Help feature on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Because cookies allow you to take advantage of some of EveryBill’s essential features, we recommend that you leave them turned on; if you block or reject our cookies, you will not be able to use any EveryBill products and services that require you to sign in or use a session.

3. Sharing of Information.

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below and with subsidiaries that EveryBill controls and that are either subject to this Privacy Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described here.

3.1 Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control.

We work closely with affiliated businesses. In some cases, we operate sites or provide services jointly with these businesses, and we share customer information related to those transactions with the third party involved.

3.2 Third-Party Service Providers.

We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, such as sending e-mail, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card or ACH payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes.

3.3 Business Transfers.

As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy software, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy unless the customer consents otherwise. Also, in the unlikely event that Live Management, LLC d/b/a EveryBill, or any of its affiliates, or substantially all of its assets, is acquired, customer information will be one of the transferred assets.

3.4 Protection of EveryBill and Others.

We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Site Terms and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of EveryBill, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. This does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Policy.

3.5 With Your Consent.

Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

4. Security.

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card or bank account numbers when invoicing you or confirming a payment; we transmit the entire number to the appropriate payment processing company during payment processing.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

5. Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions.

If you choose to visit EveryBill, your visit and any dispute over privacy are subject to this Policy and our Site Terms, available at https://everybill.com/site-terms, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the law of the State of Rhode Island. Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Policy and the Site Terms will change also. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We will not materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.

6. Examples of Information Collected.

6.1 Information You Give Us.

You provide most such information when you search, sign up, post, answer a questionnaire, or communicate with customer service — for example, when you sign up for an EveryBill account, provide information in the EveryBill administration interface, communicate with us by phone or e-mail, complete a questionnaire, or make a payment via an EveryBill payment website. You might supply information such as your name, address, and phone numbers; payment information; information on your relationship with another person or entity, including their addresses and phone numbers; the content of e-mails to us; and financial information, including Social Security and driver’s license numbers.

6.2 Automatic Information.

Examples include the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information such as browser type, version, and time-zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform; payment history (which we sometimes aggregate with similar information from other customers); the full URL clickstream to, through, and from our website, including date and time; cookie number; and previous interactions with an EveryBill payment website. We may also use JavaScript and similar tools to measure and collect session information and to identify your device for fraud-prevention and diagnostic purposes.

6.3 Mobile.

Most mobile devices allow you to disable location services through the device’s settings menu. If you have questions about disabling location services, contact your mobile carrier or device manufacturer.

6.4 Information from Other Sources.

Examples include updated address information from third parties; account and page-view information from merchants with which we operate co-branded businesses or for which we provide technical, advertising, or other services; search-term and search-result information; and credit-history information from credit bureaus, which we use to help prevent and detect fraud and to offer certain credit or financial services to some customers.
