About
EveryBill has been running payment portals since 2008.
Live Management, LLC, doing business as EveryBill, builds and operates the consumer payment portals, self-pay sites, and phone payment systems behind collections agencies, legal practices, and property managers — including firms that collect medical debt on behalf of healthcare providers.
What we do
EveryBill is the payment layer that sits between an organization and the people who owe it money.
Collections agencies, legal practices, and property managers all share a common problem: someone owes them money, and chasing that payment by phone and mail is slow and expensive. EveryBill runs the consumer-facing side of that problem — a self-service portal, a branded payment site, an automated phone line — so the organization's staff spend less time chasing payments and more time on the accounts that actually need a person.
The platform is the same everywhere it runs. What differs by customer is the deployment posture: whether EveryBill's shared infrastructure handles the work, whether the customer gets a dedicated AWS account operated by EveryBill, or whether the customer holds the AWS account and encryption keys itself with EveryBill operating the platform inside it. See how those postures compare.
Who we serve
Three sectors make up most of the business today. Two more are sectors the platform is built for, one of which we have worked in before.

A long operating history
EveryBill has been operating since 2008, based in East Providence, RI.
EveryBill has run consumer payment infrastructure for a long time, through changes in how people pay — from mailed checks and phone calls to self-service portals and mobile payments. That history means the platform has been shaped by a long run of real usage, not a recent rewrite; it also means the company has had to earn back trust after setbacks, and takes that seriously in how it now talks about its own infrastructure. See the trust hub for a plain account of the current security posture.
Where we're headed: letting customers choose their own deployment
The clearest strategic bet EveryBill is making is that infrastructure trust is not one-size-fits-all.
Different customers have very different tolerances for shared infrastructure, and very different reasons for that tolerance — cost, compliance posture, board policy, or a specific reviewer's requirements. Rather than build one infrastructure model and ask every customer to accept it, EveryBill's direction is to keep offering the same platform across three deployment postures — Core, Silo, and Sovereign — so a customer's own risk tolerance, not EveryBill's convenience, decides who holds the AWS account and the encryption keys behind their payment data.
