Capability — Integrations
Connect EveryBill to the systems you already run.
Account and payment data moves between EveryBill and your existing systems through file exchange, reporting exports, and API access. What that looks like depends on your systems, so we start with a conversation, not a spec sheet.
A capability, not a product
Integrations are one of four capabilities built into the EveryBill platform, available under Core, Silo, or Sovereign. The deployment you choose changes who holds the AWS account and the encryption keys — not whether you get this.
You do not choose a different tier to get integrations; the capability is part of the platform in every deployment. See how Core, Silo, and Sovereign compare for the difference between deployment options.
In Silo and Sovereign deployments, the integration surface — the files, exports, and API traffic — lives inside the customer’s own dedicated AWS account, rather than shared infrastructure.
How data moves
Four general ways EveryBill exchanges data with your systems. Which ones you use depends on what you run today.
Scheduled file exchange
Secure file transfer
Reporting exports
API access
We start with your systems, not our spec
Every firm's billing, case management, or property management system is a little different.
Rather than publish a fixed file format or a public API specification, we work from what your systems already produce and expect. That conversation — what data you have, what format it is in, and what your system needs back — determines the exact shape of the integration. Talk to us about what you run today and we will tell you what is realistic.
The other capabilities
Integrations typically sit behind the consumer-facing capabilities.
