These are starting prices, not a full rate card. Every tier is confirmed with a sales conversation before you buy.
Core
Starts at $99/mo
Shared multi-tenant infrastructure that EveryBill owns and operates. The fastest, lowest-cost way to get a branded payment portal live.
Silo
Starts at $2,500/mo
A dedicated AWS account per customer, operated by EveryBill. Quoted per deployment because it involves dedicated infrastructure, not a shared pool of resources.
Sovereign
Starts at $6,000/mo + AWS costs
Your own AWS account and encryption keys, with EveryBill operating the platform inside it. Quoted per deployment for the same reason as Silo — dedicated infrastructure, sized to your account.
Why Silo and Sovereign are quoted, not listed
Core's starting price holds for most customers because the infrastructure underneath it is shared and standardized. Silo and Sovereign are different by design.
Silo and Sovereign each provision a dedicated AWS account for your deployment — its own VPCs, its own IAM boundary, its own resources. That is infrastructure sized and configured for one customer, not a shared pool spread across many. The starting prices above ($2,500/mo for Silo, $6,000/mo plus AWS costs for Sovereign) are real starting points, not placeholders, but the final number depends on your transaction volume, your integration needs, and — for Sovereign — the AWS costs that run through your own account. That is why both are quoted per deployment after a conversation with sales, rather than sold off a fixed price list.

What actually drives the price?
Three things: which deployment posture you choose (Core, Silo, or Sovereign), your transaction volume, and how much integration work is involved in connecting EveryBill to your existing systems. Core's price is the most predictable of the three because the infrastructure behind it is shared and standardized. Silo and Sovereign both involve dedicated infrastructure, so sales will size the quote to your account rather than apply a flat number.
Can we move between tiers later?
Yes. All three postures run the identical EveryBill platform, so moving from Core to Silo, or from Silo to Sovereign, is a change in who holds the AWS account and the encryption keys — not a re-platforming project. Talk to sales about the specific path and timeline for your situation.
What do “AWS costs” mean in Sovereign?
On Sovereign, the AWS account itself belongs to you, so the underlying AWS usage — compute, storage, data transfer, and related services — is billed by AWS directly to your account, separately from EveryBill's $6,000/mo starting fee for operating the platform inside it. Sales can walk through what that typically runs for a deployment your size.
