Which document applies to me
If you are a consumer paying a bill through a portal EveryBill operates, the document that governs your use of that portal is the privacy policy, together with whatever agreement you have with the organization that is billing you. EveryBill operates the payment portal on their behalf; we are not the party you owe money to.
If you are an organization evaluating or using EveryBill, the operative documents are the customer agreement, the service terms, and the service level agreement.
If you are simply browsing this website, the site terms apply.
